- Embroidered, personalised items 5-7 business days
- Non embroidered 1-2 business days

- Under $100 - $9.95
- Over $1-0 - Free
- Express shipping available in the checkout
Shipping International
- Flat rate shipping - $25
- FREE international over $200
- ACCC Principles: We follow ACCC guidelines.
- Return Window: Request returns within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalised items (embroidered pyjamas, robes, bags, gifts, earrings).
- Final sale items.
- Faulty items disclosed in the description.
- Late orders for personalised or made-to-order items.
Cancellations:
- 10% processing fee.
Colour Differences:
- Order all items together to avoid shade differences.
Change of Mind:
- Full-priced items: 100% store credit or refund with 10% fee.
- Sale/discounted items/items purchased with a discount code: Store credit only.
- Multiway infinity dresses: No refunds (colour swatches and try-before-you-buy available).
