- Non-Embroidered Orders: Dispatched within 3 business days.

- Orders Under $150: $9.95
- Orders Over $150: Free
- Express shipping is available in the checkout

Personalised Items
No refunds or exchanges on personalised items, including embroidered robes and pyjamas.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as lost parcels are not our responsibility.
Refund, Store Credit & Cancellation Policy

| Full Price Items | Eligible for a refund or store credit, minus a 10% processing fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. |
| Final Sale Items | Not eligible for refunds or store credit. These items are marked "Final Sale" at checkout. |
| Promotional Sale Items | Eligible for store credit only. Includes sales during events such as Black Friday, Afterpay Day, and Boxing Day. |
| Discount Code Orders | Not eligible for refunds. Store credit or exchange is available on eligible items. By using a discount code, you forfeit the right to a refund. |
| Cancellations (Before Dispatch) | Orders can be cancelled before dispatch but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Personalised & embroidered items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. |
