When will my order be shipped?
In most cases your order will be shipped within 5 business days, but to the current Covid-19 state we can have up to a 14 day dispatch time. If your order takes any more than 5 business days we will upgrade your shipping to express at our expense.
Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking details by email and a text message from Australia Post
We offer signature on delivery in the checkout which is highly recommended. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if not selected, this also includes changes to safe drop.

How long will delivery take?
The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is. Please note we are in Victoria and deliveries to the West Coast can take a little longer.
I need my order asap?
We have an express upgrade option in the checkout, please note express does not mean next day delivery.
My package has not arrived
Please contact us if your tracking shows that your item has been delivered or if you are waiting more than 1 week for delivery.
In the event of lost packages, we will liaise with the shipping service and request an investigation to find your parcel.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.

As all items are trackable and an inquiry with be lodged with the postal/courier service, who will assist in locating your items. In the event that the item can not be found, a refund will not be given until i have received a refund from the carrier.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that your address is accurate. I hold no responsibility or accountability if you fail to give me the correct address.
If your item is delivered and signed for at your address it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve the issue.
If an item is returned to me, it is the buyers responsibility to repay the postage for re delivery
