Gift Range Creator - Bride Tribe

Location: Drysdale, Victoria
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 am–2 pm (school hours), with occasional Fridays.

About Us:
We are a small, family-friendly, all-female team specializing in personalized bridal and gifting products. Established in 2011, our business prides itself on creating high-quality, unique, and memorable gifts.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team and take charge of crafting our beautiful gift range, including gift boxes, personalized glasses, and monogrammed leather items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Receive and interpret order sheets from our Shopify and Etsy backends.

  • Design & Production:

    • Create templates for cutting machines (e.g., Silhouette or Cricut).

    • Operate cutting machines, weed vinyl, and apply designs to products using heat presses.

    • Monogram leather items using a hot foil stamping machine.

  • Quality Assurance: Cross-check all items against order details to ensure accuracy.

  • Packing: Pack completed orders for shipping or set them aside to await other items.

  • Collaboration: Work independently most of the time, with occasional collaboration alongside team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with cutting machines (e.g., Silhouette or Cricut), heat presses, or hot foil stamping machines is highly desirable.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.

  • Flexibility and a family-friendly approach to work.
