We're Hiring: Marketing Assistant / Content Creator

Bride Tribe is looking for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant / Content Creator to join our team in Drysdale (just outside Geelong).

This is a part-time employee role (approx. 30 hours per week) with a mix of in-studio and work-from-home flexibility. You'll help bring our brand to life through engaging social content, creative visuals, and campaign support.

Bride Tribe is one of Australia’s leading bridal gifting brands, specialising in personalised robes, pyjamas, and wedding-day accessories for brides and their bridal parties.

We’re a small, female-led team based in Drysdale, Victoria, passionate about thoughtful details and beautiful branding. We’re also part of Ecommerce Equation, which keeps us connected to fresh ideas and evolving industry insights.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and publish daily content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments in the studio (e.g. packing, embroidery, team activity)
• Edit video content using CapCut (or similar tools)
• Design simple branded graphics using Canva
• Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, and styled shoots
• Schedule content using Meta Business Suite and other tools
• Engage with followers in comments and DMs
• Help manage UGC and influencer content
• Maintain an organised photo and video content library

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media
• Experience or interest in weddings, fashion, beauty, or events
• Confident using Canva, CapCut (or similar), and Meta tools
• Up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends
• Strong attention to detail and a good aesthetic eye
• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
• Bonus: Comfortable appearing in content or creating UGC-style videos
