  • Express: $18

For our pyjamas we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit or sizing up x 2 sizes for a relaxed fit.

Unless specified all our apparel is embroidered on industrial embroidery machines.

We have the option to preview the embroidery here

To initiate a return please email hello@bridetribes.com.au and one of our lovely customer care team members will get back to you with 1-2 business days.

- All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order and returned back to our warehouse within 21 days of delivery.  We are unable to accept return requests outside this period.

- Items not eligible for a return. 

  • Jewellery - inline with the ACCC guidelines all jewellery items are not eligible for a return due to hygiene requirements.
  • Any item that has required embroidery or personalisation. This includes items that have arrived after your event.

We strongly recommend purchasing all your robes and pyjamas in one purchase to avoid slight shade variations that may occur with stock productions.

FULL PRICE ITEMS:

  •  *Full price items can be returned for store credit or refund. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. Shipping is not refundable.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

  • Items discounted less than 20% can be returned for store credit.
  • Items discounted more than 20%, All sales are final and we are not able to accept returns for change of mind.

Change of mind refers to situations where you:

  • Received the correct item as ordered, but no longer want it.
  • Found the item cheaper elsewhere.
  • Decided the style, colour, or size isn’t right for you.
  • No longer have a need for the item.

PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

Promotional periods refers to Black Friday, EOFY, Birthday Sale, and other promotional sales. 

  • Items purchased during these periods are eligible for store credit only (no refunds) 
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to dispatch. All cancellations are subjected to a 10% processing. 


All returns must be returned in unworn, unused condition, neatly folded and returned back in the original packaging.


We do not provide paid return labels, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend the use of tracked shipping.

Processing of refunds - All refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
