PICK UPS

Do you have a shop? Can I pick my order up?

Bride Tribe is an online service only and due to insurance we cannot allow pick ups.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Most robes are in stock items, and we aim to have all orders shipped out within 72hrs. In the event, that your choice of robes are not ready for shipping within this time frame we will contact you by email. 

We use a variety of postage services, Auspost, courier and DHL for international orders. We will always choose the fastest and safest delivery service for your location. All orders will require signature on delivery. If you are not home to collect your parcel, please let us know prior to ordering and we can arrange for the package to be left in a safe spot. All orders will be sent with tracking and you will receive your tracking details by email.

How long will delivery take?

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is. Please note we are in Victoria and deliveries to the West Coast can take a little longer.

I need my order asap?

Please contact us prior to ordering if you require a rush order. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.

My package has not arrived

Please contact us if your tracking shows that your item has been delivered or if you are waiting more than 1 week for delivery.

In the event of lost packages, we will liaise with the shipping service and request an investigation to find your parcel. Only after the shipping service deems the parcel as lost will we offer a replacement order or refund.

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Bride Tribe are not responsible for liable for any customs, duties, axes or any other fee imposed by your country or government.

Robe Colours

Are your photos of the robes an accurate representation of your products?

Where possible we will use photos provided from our lovely customers. Please note that screen resolution, lighting and environment may lighten or darken the colour of the robes in the photos.  We also recommend purchasing all your robes in one order, as colours may vary slightly with different batches of material.

 

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for my order?

We offer PayPal, direct deposit, MasterCard, Visa and After Pay.

 

SECURITY

Is my information safe?

Your information is 100% safe, we would never compromise our integrity by selling off your confidential information.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

I’m not really sure the robes are for me?

Bride Tribe are dedicated to making your big day special. Our refund and exchange policy are in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If you are not 100% happy with your product please email us at info@bridetribes.com.au or use the contact form on the “About Us” page.

*All refunds and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your items.

*Exchange and refund is only available for items unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.

*Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is at the expense of the customer

*All items must be returned with tracking provided, Bride Tribe are not liable for items lost in return transit.

*Money will be refunded to the method of payment.
