Most of our robes and pyjamas can be personalised with custom embroidery. Each product page will indicate whether personalisation is available and what options are offered. Gift boxes can also be customised with individual names for each bridesmaid.

Absolutely! Each item can be individually personalised, so every member of your bridal party gets something uniquely theirs. Simply add each item separately with the relevant personalisation details.

Because personalised orders go into production quickly, changes may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page if you need to make an amendment. Non-personalised orders may be easier to change before dispatch.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Yes! Free local pick-up is available from our studio in Drysdale, Victoria (just outside Geelong). Simply select Local Pickup at checkout. Non-personalised orders are usually ready within 2–4 business days. Personalised orders take a little longer — check current timeframes at checkout.

Standard shipping is $9.95 and express shipping is $14.95 for Australian orders. A Priority + Express option ($29.95) is available on select products and dispatches within 2 business days. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Non-personalised orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Personalised and embroidered orders require additional production time — current timeframes are displayed on the product page and at checkout. We recommend ordering well in advance of your wedding date.

Yes! We ship worldwide including to New Zealand, the USA, UK, and beyond. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship daily from our Drysdale, Victoria studio.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

First, check your tracking number via Australia Post's website. If your order appears delayed or there's no tracking update, please contact us via our contact page and we'll look into it for you right away.

Because personalised and embroidered items are made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please double-check your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Yes, non-personalised items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our returns page for full details on how to lodge a return.
