Customisation includes:

Standard pre-designed wording such as Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Wifey, Hubby on our loungewear range is not considered custom. These items may be returned for store credit only, provided no additional customisation was added.

Final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only
  • Items marked Final Sale are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

Jewellery

Jewellery items are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Freshwater pearls are naturally formed and may vary slightly in size, shape and surface texture. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing faults and do not qualify for a replacement or refund.

General wear and tear during normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes, but is not limited to, surface scratches, tarnishing caused by exposure to moisture, perfumes, skincare products or chemicals, and the loss of stones or pearls over time.

Jewellery items must be stored correctly. Jewellery should not be kept sealed in airtight plastic packaging or left unused for extended periods, as this may result in discolouration or tarnishing. This is a natural process and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If a product is received with a manufacturing fault, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Items reported outside this timeframe are not eligible for a return or refund.

Change of Mind

“Change of mind” includes situations where you:

  • Received the correct item but no longer want it
  • Chose the wrong style, colour, or size
  • No longer need the item
  • Found the item cheaper elsewhere

Change of mind returns are subject to the eligibility rules outlined above.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are scheduled to ship at a later date. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and at checkout.

If an order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A 10% processing and administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

Pre-orders that include personalised or customised items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. If there are any changes to your estimated dispatch date, we will notify you by email.

How far in advance should I order my bridesmaid robes or pyjamas?

We recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before your wedding.

This allows enough time for:

  • Personalisation and embroidery
  • Order processing and packing
  • Shipping and any unexpected delays

If you’re ordering during a busy period (like sales or peak wedding season), we suggest allowing a little extra time just to be safe.

If your wedding is sooner, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to help with urgent orders where possible.

Are the pyjamas and robes already embroidered with ‘Bridesmaid’ 'Bride'?

Our pyjamas and robes come plain as standard. We offer personalised embroidery as an optional add-on, so you can choose to add “Bridesmaid,” “Bride,” or any custom wording you like. To include embroidery, simply click the Personalise button on the product page and enter your details before checkout.

How do I personalise my pyjamas and robes?

Select the Personalise button, and a new window will open with options to add and preview any embroidery before purchasing. You’ll also be able to see the available fonts, thread colours, and an example of what your order will look like.

Do you offer split sizing?

Yes, we generally have larger or smaller shorts and pants available and are happy to swap them before dispatch. To order a split-size pair, we recommend selecting the size that best fits your top, then leaving a note in the checkout with your preferred short or pant size.

Please note that split sizing is subject to availability, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I send this item as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! You can enter an alternative shipping address at checkout and leave us a note with your gifting requirements. We’ll take care of the rest to make sure your gift arrives just right.

Do you offer rush orders or express shipping?

We offer express shipping in the checkout and in most cases can accomodate rush orders

How do I know which size to choose?

Every store has slightly different sizing, and unfortunately Australia doesn’t have a universal sizing chart. That’s why we provide a detailed size chart under the tab below the “Add to Cart” button. Our chart also allows you to add your measurements to help you find your best fit. We always recommend checking this before ordering, as sizing can vary from store to store.

If I purchase multiple products can you package and present them nicely?

Absolutely. We love making gifts feel extra special, so we can combine your items into one beautifully presented package. Simply leave a note at checkout with your preferences and our team will take care of the rest.

Are your robes or pyjamas suitable for Bridesmen or a Man of Honour?

Yes — this is a frequent request, and our pyjamas can absolutely be worn by bridesmen or a Man of Honour.

We recommend choosing a size based on chest measurements to ensure the best fit. If you’re unsure, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
