Personalised Items
No refunds or exchanges on personalised items, including embroidered robes and pyjamas.
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as lost parcels are not our responsibility.

| Cancellations (Before Dispatch) |
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Personalised & embroidered items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. |
