All personalised or custom-made items are final sale.
Not eligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit
Final SaleCustomisation includes: names, initials, dates, colour-change embroidery requests, custom wording, and embroidery added during checkout (e.g. name embroidery on robes or pyjamas).
Standard text loungewear — not considered custom
Store Credit or ExchangeLoungewear featuring standard pre-designed wording such as Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Wifey, Hubby is not considered custom, provided no additional personalisation has been added. These items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another size or style. Return conditions apply.

Final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty
Final SaleIf a product is received with a manufacturing fault, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Items reported outside this timeframe are not eligible for a return or refund.

Freshwater pearls are naturally formed and may vary slightly in size, shape and surface texture. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing faults.
General wear and tear including surface scratches, tarnishing caused by moisture, perfumes, skincare or chemicals, and loss of stones or pearls over time is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Jewellery should not be kept sealed in airtight packaging or left unused for extended periods, as this may result in tarnishing. This is a natural process and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Change of Mind
"Change of mind" includes situations where you received the correct item but no longer want it, chose the wrong style, colour or size, no longer need the item, or found it cheaper elsewhere. Change of mind returns are subject to the eligibility rules outlined above.

Cancellations
10% processing and administration fee applies
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, including when embroidery or personalisation preparation has started.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are not yet in stock and ship at a later date. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Entire order ships together
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations prior to dispatch
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. A 10% processing and administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Pre-orders that include personalised or customised items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
Estimated dispatch dates are a guide only and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We will notify you by email of any changes.
Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
