International: Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Personalised & Embroidered Orders:
Customised robes, pyjamas and gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check spelling and sizing carefully.

Returns:
Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days.
Full-priced items: refund (minus 10% fee), exchange or store credit.
Discounted items: store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Cancellations:
All cancellations incur a 10% processing fee.
This applies to orders placed 10 December – 6 January.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun (including embroidery preparation).

Jewellery & Final Sale Items:
Jewellery and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

Will you be releasing a Hubby range?

Yes. A matching Hubby range is coming soon so couples can coordinate for their honeymoon and newlywed photos.

What sizes are available?

Our Bride and Wifey sets are available from XS to 3XL depending on the style. We recommend following our size guide for the best fit.

Is the Wifey and Bride embroidery customisable?

Embroidery for this range is fixed to our signature Bride or Wifey designs. Personalised names or dates aren’t available for this collection, but we do offer personalised embroidery on other loungewear styles.

Can I return or exchange Bride or Wifey Loungewear

Yes. During our November sale period, this range can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
