Holiday Period Returns + Cancellation Policy
1. Current Returns Policy
(For orders placed on or after 3 December 2025)
Placing an order with Bride Tribe means you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refund processing fee
All approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing and administration fee, which covers payment processing fees, handling and restocking. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Personalised & embroidered items
Any item that has been customised is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
Customisation includes:
• names
• initials
• dates
• colour-change embroidery requests
• custom wording requested by the customer
• embroidery added during checkout (e.g. name embroidery on robes or pyjamas)
Standard pre-designed wording such as Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honour, Wifey, Hubby on our loungewear range is not considered custom and can be returned, provided no custom names or changes were added.
Jewellery
Final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Final sale items
Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind.
Robes, pyjamas & loungewear
Full-priced, non-personalised, non-customised items
• eligible for a refund (minus 10% fee), exchange or store credit
Discounted, non-personalised, non-customised items
• eligible for store credit only
To be eligible, items must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• in original condition and packaging
• returned within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return postage.
Change of mind
“Change of mind” includes situations where you:
• received the correct item as ordered but no longer want it
• found the item cheaper elsewhere
• chose the wrong style, colour or size
• no longer need the item
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, contact us within 7 days so we can assist in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Black Friday & Holiday Sale Returns Policy
(For orders placed between 5 November and 2 December 2025)
This policy remains in effect for all orders placed during the promotional period.
Placing an order during the Black Friday and Holiday Sales period confirms that you have read and agreed to the terms of this policy.
Refunds are not available for sale-period purchases unless the item is faulty.
Personalised & embroidered items
Final sale — not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind.
Customisation includes names, initials, dates, colour-change requests, custom wording, or embroidery added during checkout.
Standard wording (Bride / Bridesmaid / Wifey / Hubby) on loungewear is not considered custom and may be returned for store credit only.

• no longer needing the item
Cancellations
All order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
This applies to all orders placed during 10 December – 6 January.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, including when embroidery or personalisation preparation has started.

Contact us within 7 days so we can assist under Australian Consumer Law.
