As each piece is custom made, personalised robes, pyjamas, and gifts are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check spelling and sizing before placing your order.
Returns (Black Friday & Holiday Sale):
Eligible non-personalised items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
Jewellery & Final Sale Items:
All jewellery and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable, unless faulty.
