    Personalised & Embroidered Orders: As each piece is custom made, personalised robes, pyjamas, and gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We’re also unable to refund for late delivery due to postal delays once dispatched.
    Jewellery - earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

    Really happy with the entire service. When I did my order after I placed it I realised i made a mistake on one of the robes. I made contact straight away to correct this and was advised it would be fixed up. The robes were delivered however one size was wrong still. I made contact and they were fantastic in sending me out a replacement as well as a satchel to send the incorrect robe back. Extremely happy with their service and response time. Thank you
