1. The Promotion
This promotion ("Giveaway") is run by Bride Tribe (ABN 19 920 199 389) of Drysdale, Victoria ("Promoter", "we", "us"), in collaboration with Tiny Jewellery (ABN 11 928 113 038) ("Co-Promoter"). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Period
The Giveaway opens at [INSERT START DATE/TIME] and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 24 September 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Co-Promoter, and any agencies directly associated with this Giveaway.
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the sign-up form on the Giveaway landing page during the Entry Period, providing a valid first name and email address. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Madeleine Long Robe and matching Madeleine Slip, supplied and shipped by Bride Tribe; and
• Four (4) personalised pebble pearl necklaces (RRP $165 each, total RRP $660), supplied and shipped by Tiny Jewellery.

5.2 Total approximate prize value: $900.
5.3 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.4 Necklace personalisation details (if applicable) will be collected from the winner directly by Tiny Jewellery after the draw.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6.2 The draw will take place on 25 September 2026 at Bride Tribe's premises in Drysdale, Victoria.
6.3 The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw, using the email address provided at entry.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
6.5 The winner's first name may be announced on Bride Tribe's and/or Tiny Jewellery's social media channels or website.

7. Delivery of Prize
7.1 The robe and slip will be shipped to the winner by Bride Tribe to an Australian address provided by the winner.
7.2 The necklaces will be shipped to the winner separately by Tiny Jewellery.
7.3 The Promoter and Co-Promoter are not responsible for prizes lost or delayed in transit once dispatched.

8. Use of Personal Information
8.1 By entering, entrants consent to their name and email address being collected and shared between Bride Tribe and Tiny Jewellery, for the purposes of running this Giveaway, fulfilling the prize, and sending marketing communications about each business's products, in accordance with each business's respective Privacy Policy.
8.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications from either business at any time.
8.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. General Conditions
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted, or for any reason beyond its reasonable control.
9.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Co-Promoter exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Permits
This Giveaway does not require a permit in any Australian state or territory.
