Black Friday & Holiday Sale Returns Policy
(covers all orders placed between 5 November and 2 December 2025)
To keep our prices as low as possible during this promotional period, special returns conditions apply.

Personalised and embroidered items
All items that include embroidery or personalisation are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering errors. Please double-check spelling and sizing before completing your order. -
Jewellery
In line with ACCC hygiene regulations, all jewellery purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. -
Final sale items
Products marked as Final Sale on the website are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for change of mind. -
Robes, pyjamas and loungewear (bride, wifey, hubby)
These items may be returned for store credit only. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Change of mind returns are not eligible for refund. “Change of mind” refers to situations where you:
• received the correct item as ordered, but no longer want it
• found the item cheaper elsewhere
• decided the style, colour, or size isn’t right for you
• no longer have a need for the item -
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. -
Sale period coverage
This policy applies to all orders placed during our Black Friday through Cyber Monday promotion period (5 November – 2 December 2025), including any unannounced or extended discounts that follow the main event.
