As each piece is custom made, personalised robes, pyjamas and gifts are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please double-check spelling and sizing before placing your order.
Returns:
Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full-priced items are eligible for a refund (minus a 10% processing fee), exchange or store credit. Discounted items are eligible for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and have all tags attached. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
Jewellery & Final Sale Items:
All jewellery and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable unless faulty.
