Shipping Within Australia + NZ

• Orders Under $150: $9.95
• Orders Over $150: Free

• Return Window: Request returns within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalised items (embroidered pyjamas, robes, bags, gifts, earrings).

• Final sale items.

• Faulty items disclosed in the description.

• Late orders for personalised or made-to-order items.

Cancellations:

• 10% processing fee.

Colour Differences:

• Order all items together to avoid shade differences.

Change of Mind:

• Full-priced items: 100% store credit or refund with 10% fee.

• Sale/discounted items/items purchased with a discount code: Store credit only.

Return Process:

• Items must be in original condition with tags.

Sale Period Terms:

• Store credit difference for orders placed 24 hours before and after a sale.

Faulty Items:

• Email us with a photo of your invoice and item.
