Our returns policy follow the principles of the ACCC


All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee + shipping fee of max $9.95, and the customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.

All items eligible for returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery of your order. After 14 days all sales are final.

Items not eligible for returns/refunds or exchange

  • Personalised items: embroidered pyjamas, robes, bags, personalised gifts, bags or earrings. 
  • Items marked as final sale
  • The product had a fault that you Knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description. 
  • Your order arrived late and your items fall under the categories of personalised or made to order.
  •  Cancellations - all order cancellations will incur at 10% processing
  • You placed a subsequent order and there is a notable shade difference. We encourage our customers to order all garments at the same time, to avoid slight shade differences in fabric batches

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, neatly folded and unworn with original tags attached.  If your return does not meet this criteria it will not be accepted.

Once your items are returned and inspected our customer care team will email you to notify you that we have received your return items and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will only be returned to original payment method.

Please email our customer care at hello@bridetribes.com.au  team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or store credit. We do not cover the cost of return to our warehouse but will cover the cost to reship your order out.

Please email our customer care team at hello@bridetribes.com.au to discuss your concerns. We greatly appreciate it if you could also send through a photo of your invoice and item.

Sale Items
All orders placed during sale periods, ( ie Black Friday, Boxing Day, Spend and Save, Birthday sale) are only eligible for store credit. Please note this excludes Personalised items: embroidered pyjamas, robes, bags, personalised gifts, bags or earrings which are not eligible or returns, exchange or refund.


- We understand that purchasing items just before or just after a sale is disappointing. Bride Tribe will honour on sale prices in the form of store credit only for orders place 24hrs before and 24hrs after a sale only.
